This is a unique single estate filter, the beans are produced in our family farm Santa Rosita in the Antioquia Region.
The beans are carefully picked by hand and there is a sorting process where only the ripe cherries are fermented for 36 h. Then the coffee is washed and sun-dried on raised beds.
